Payments and Shipping

We offer a few payment options to ensure you can pay via a method that suits your needs.

All payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider, and are protected by encryption.

We offer free shipping Croatia wide on order over 150 EUR.

Shipping rates will be calculated at time of checkout, this is a real-time calculated based on location and size of package.

We regularly ship all over the world via local post, DPD and GLS with trackable service.

Import taxes and duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its country of destination. Such fees and charges are the responsibility og the recipient and vary from country to country. Please check with your local customs office to receive an estimate of possible charges applicable to your order prior to purchasing. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.

Order cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us via e-mail and we'll see what we can do.

Gaia Marini reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason, at any time.

Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to return your order within 30 days.

You can inform us of your decision by e-mail: hello@gaiamarini.com

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The goods were purchased in the last 30 days
The goods are in the original packaging
The goods are not used or visible signs of wear.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
